Workmanship Warranty
Craftsmanship we stand behind in writing — with a workmanship warranty and manufacturer coverage detailed in your proposal, because good work should last.
Every Limestone Remodeling project is backed by a written workmanship warranty. We stand behind our work because a contractor who will not put their warranty in writing has not really committed to it. The exact terms — coverage, length, and conditions — are provided in writing with every proposal, so you know what you have before work begins.
Our coverage spans two areas: the workmanship on the labor our crews perform, and the manufacturer warranties on the materials we install, which we pass through to you in full.
Workmanship Warranty
We back the labor and installation performed by our crews with a written three-year workmanship warranty. If a covered defect in our work shows up within that period, we come back and make it right. The full terms and conditions are provided in writing with your proposal.
Manufacturer Material Warranties
The name-brand materials we install — siding, windows, doors, decking, fixtures — carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you in full. Because correct installation is what keeps those warranties valid, we install to manufacturer specifications.
Structural Work
For projects that involve structural modifications, that work is covered under the written warranty terms detailed in your proposal. We put the scope and coverage in writing so there is no ambiguity about what is protected.
Specific warranty lengths and conditions are provided in writing with your proposal — we detail your actual terms in your project documents rather than posting a single number that may not fit your scope.

What does the Limestone Remodeling warranty cover?
Our warranty covers the workmanship on the labor and installation our crews perform. On top of that, the materials we install carry their manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you. The specific workmanship term, what is covered, and the conditions are all detailed in writing in your proposal — so you have the exact terms before you sign, not vague promises.
How long is the workmanship warranty?
Our standard workmanship warranty is three years on the labor and installation our crews perform. The full terms and conditions are stated in writing in your proposal, and the materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and are provided by the manufacturer.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us at (816) 800-7606 or info@limestoneremodel.com with your project details and a description of the issue. We schedule an inspection, and if the issue is covered, we provide a written repair plan and complete the covered repair. For material issues, we help coordinate with the manufacturer.
Where do I find my exact warranty terms?
Your full warranty terms are provided in writing with your proposal and project documents. That is by design: we want you to have the specific coverage, term, and conditions for your project in hand before work begins, not buried in fine print or left to a verbal assurance.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or neglect, work done by others after completion, acts of nature such as hail and storms, or cosmetic variation natural to materials like wood grain and stone. Product defects are handled through the manufacturer's separate warranty, which we help you coordinate. Your written terms spell out the specifics.
